Our Accommodation & Tenancy support helps NDIS participants find, secure and maintain appropriate housing that suits their individual needs, goals, and budget — promoting greater independence and stability.

We welcome referrals from support coordinators, health professionals, families, and self-referrals. Our process is simple and responsive.

Complete the referral form or email us directly. Include the participant’s name, NDIS number if available, and a brief summary of their support needs.

Initial Consultation

Our team will be in contact within 2 business days to arrange a free needs assessment and introduction to our services.

Service Agreement

Together, we develop a personalised service agreement aligned with the participant’s NDIS plan, goals and preferences — everything clearly outlined.

Supports Begin

Supports commence with experienced, compatible staff, with ongoing monitoring and regular reviews to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Who can make a referral?Self-referrals, family members, support coordinators, plan managers, allied health professionals, GPs, hospitals, local area coordinators (LACs) and aged care case managers are all welcome.
